Washtenaw County Bar Association Law & Justice Fund

Established in 2010 by the Washtenaw County Bar Association, this Fund supports local nonprofits and programs that work to

  • Improve public understanding of the legal system, legal issues, and the role of lawyers in our society;
  • Advance professional legal development and continuing legal education;
  • Promote affordable and meaningful access to the justice system in Washtenaw County; and
  • Improve the effectiveness and fairness of the legal system in Washtenaw County.

Trent Collier is a partner at Collins Einhorn Farrell PC. His practice focuses on civil appeals, professional-liability defense, and commercial litigation. He is also well-versed in bankruptcy law. Before joining Collins Einhorn, Trent was a partner at another major Detroit-area law firm, and he served as a judicial clerk for Hon. Robert P. Young, Jr. on the Michigan Supreme Court.
