Our Federal Practice, LGBTQ Rights, and Labor & Employment Law Sections sponsored a noon meeting regarding what’s going on in the U.S. Supreme Court. Currently set for oral argument on October 8, 2019 are three cases which will determine whether the Court will extend Title VII protections to gay, lesbian, and bisexual persons and/or to trans-identified persons. Our speaker, Charlotte Croson, filled attendees in on what the arguments are and who’s bringing the cases.
