Our Immigration Law Section Co-Chairs, Brad Thomson and Heather Garvock, invited Michael Carlin to speak to WCBA members on his Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) experience and the procedure for appealing to 6th Circuit and SCOTUS.
