The Washtenaw County Bar Association, Vanzetti M. Hamilton Bar Association & Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Washtenaw Region celebrated their 25th Annual Bias Awareness and Inclusion Week with a strolling reception at Weber’s. Over 60 attendees enjoyed the event. Professor Ronald C. Woods set the tone for the evening with his opening remarks. William V. Hampton received the WCBA’s Martin Luther King, Jr. “I Have a Dream” Award. The Honorable Deborah A. Thomas received VHBA’s Frederick Douglass Racial Justice and Harmony Award.
