Kimberly Parks

Kimberly Parks helps families prepare for and deal with challenging issues facing older adults. She melds the practice of elder law and estate planning to serve the full range of client needs. She also guides families through probate and estate administration and creates plans to establish Medicaid eligibility and care for loved ones with special needs.

Prior to joining the team at Bassett Murray Law Group, PLLC, Kimberly served as an attorney at the Elder Law & Advocacy Center at Neighborhood Legal Services Michigan, advising older adults and caregivers on estate planning, Medicaid, and probate issues. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University. Currently, she serves as an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law and Disabilities Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
