Erica Jilek

Erica Jilek represents a variety of individual, commercial and governmental clients at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. She focuses her practice on management-side labor and employment counseling and litigation. Erica has defended lawsuits and conducted internal investigations involving employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as FMLA claims, ERISA disputes, health and safety laws, wage and hour claims, contract disputes, and Title IX claims. She also assists clients in drafting employment contracts, separation agreements, human resource policies, and employee handbooks. Erica also practices governmental litigation, in which she has assisted municipalities, public bodies, civil rights organizations, and non-profits on ballot questions, voting rights, and in election law disputes.
