Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender
Andrew is an Assistant Public Defender at the Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender. He is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan. As an AAG, his work focused on the preservation and analysis of digital evidence in criminal prosecutions and civil litigation cases. He is also a former Associate Attorney at two international law firms (Squire Patton Boggs and Seyfarth Shaw) where his law practice focused on civil litigation in Federal Courts involving securities fraud, financial fraud, mortgage fraud, Ponzi schemes, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. He has taught law courses for the National Association of Attorneys General and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Andrew grew up on the East Coast and has resided in Ann Arbor since 2000. He is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of the Michigan Law School.
