I am a senior attorney specializing in appeals, employee and civil rights litigation. I focus on plaintiffs’ constitutional, civil rights, employment, contract, and tort claims in State and Federal Courts. I represent clients at all stages of pre-litigation, litigation, appeal and Federal employees of all agencies.
I have authored briefs to the Michigan Court of Appeals and Supreme Court; the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; and a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. I have appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit to argue significant issues of constitutional and statutory law and interpretation.
As a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, I have authored and co-authored amicus curiae briefs to the Michigan Supreme Court on issues critical to the development of Michigan employment law, including the proper venue for civil rights actions and statutory interpretation of the Whistleblowers’ Protection Act.
