Shalini Nangia is in the Ann Arbor office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. She is a member of the Firm's Litigation Group, specializing in family law litigation, including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, property division, retirement benefits and post judgment matters.
Shalini is a trained mediator, teaches family law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, is on the Washtenaw County Bar Association Board of Directors, served as co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association for four years, presents for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, spent several years supervising and mentoring law students at Wayne State University's Free Legal Aid Clinic, and was published in the Wayne Law Review.
Shalini graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University and received her Juris Doctor from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. She is fluent in Hindi.
